  • Several years ago, I was suffering Lower Back issues [unrelated to Box Squatting].

    I wanted to keep on Box Squatting, so I reduced the Box height by 2", added in a 1" board, then topped it with 2 ply of padding.

    I continued to Box Squat, getting faster and stronger, and my Lower Back issues have gone away and haven't returned since.

    This 2 year period of pain free Box Squatting convinced me to offer this item to others.

    This Pad is made to suit our ever popular Box Squat Box.

    Wooden Box not included.
