The Toronto Barbell Wall Bar [also known as a Stall Bar] is great for many different types of conditioning, flexibility, and strength building.
Firstly, unlike many other models, this Wall Ladder has a chin up bar several feet away from the wall, which means your knees / feet should not bang on the ladder rungs.
Also great for stretching / decompressing the spine is hanging from the top rung stretching the entire back, adjusted by using your feet on some of the lower rungs.
Some, not all, of the exercises that can be performed on this piece of equipment are - Chin Ups, Hanging Leg Raises, Many upper and lower body stretches, Human Flag Position Movements, and if you have a set of straps with handles you can do chest and rear delt work as well!
