This page is intended to give competitors an easy to access place with information like maps, accomodation choices in the local area, and any up to date changes that may occur.

The biggest local powerlifitng competition in Powerlifting Australia history - EVER! Well done and thanks very much to all the competitors, coaches, supporters, and people who helped out in anyway. Click HERE for the full results of the competition. It was a long day for everyone, but the quality of lifting made it worth it. Next year it will be a 2 day event, so this should make it much mroe enjoyable for everyone. From all reports I've had, everyone had a great time, and are intending to come back next year. Im not going to single out any one person in particular, as I feel that this will make others feel left out. What I will say is that there was some very promising new lifters in their first or second comp ever, and also some old faces that continue to boggle the mind. My day started there at 8.10 am [first one there] and finished at 10.30 pm [last one to leave], and I can honestly say I enjoyed every moment of it.
