Delivery to anywhere further than 140 km will have to be through a courier of the customer’s choice & added expense. Progression photos of jobs can be e-mailed throughout construction to keep you informed on progress of your precious training equipment. The Creeper

Excelent for team training situation, as weights can easily be added / removed for athletes of different levels. Also great for developing strength in the legs, hips and upper body. Can be used for all types of sled work, as well as pushing and pulling from 3 different handles.
