8 - Gripper Machine - $363

9 - 45 Degree Hyperextension - $605

11 - Flat Bench - $300

This bench is built to IPF competition specifications. Train on a bench built to last. Light and easy to move around. 12 - Posterior Pulverisor - $1,000

This machine is named so because it literally works everything from the ground up, from the calves to the upper back / traps. Firstly, there is the 45 Degree Hyperextension. This movement hits the hamstrings and lower back like no other, especially when bands are used. The obliques [often overlooked in power training], can also be trained, either with bands or holding a dumbbell at arms length. The second major exercise is the 45 Degree Chest Supported Row. The major advantage of this exercise is that the lower back is fully supported keeping the stress off it throughout. The pivoting handle allows for more comfortable rowing & shrugging, and with 4 different hand spacings to choose from, the lats & upper back get attacked from all angles in a safe manner. Weights, bands and models not included.
